A PILOT study conducted by researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), found that eating a burger with fresh avocado could help reduce inflammation and the narrowing of blood vessels.

Among the results recorded was that some of the after-meal effects observed after eating a plain burger, specifically inflammation and narrowing blood vessels, were reduced within hours of eating the avo burger.
