Baylor Choir performs to appreciative audience at Norwegian Settlers Church

The choir, which volunteers its time because of its shared passion for music and ministry, is aiming to raise funds for the Genesis Music Academy.

Twenty-one talented students of Baylor University, who make up the Baylor Choir of Waco, Texas performed at Norwegian Settlers Church last Friday.

The choir, which volunteers its time because of its shared passion for music and ministry, is aiming to raise funds for the Genesis Music Academy by using the members’ harmonious voices.

The music academy is a place used by young talented children to express themselves musically. Genesis Music Academy’s operational manager, Lizanne Nair, said the academy is for unlocking God-given talents.

“The Genesis Music Academy’s mission is to give young people the opportunity to learn an instrument and develop their talent,” explained Ms Nair.
