All runners and sponsors are invited to attend the launch on Monday, June 11.

The annual Bread of Heaven charity run, set to take place at Port Shepstone Senior Primary on September 8, will be officially launched at Gate Ministries Port Shepstone (near the South Coast Herald) this Monday, June 11 at 6pm.

The fund-raising event is a 5km or 10km fun run/walk. All runners and sponsors are invited to attend the launch as various details will be discussed by the organisers.
Remember one does not need to be an ambassador runner to raise funds. Funds can be raised and handed to the Bread of Heaven organising committee. The feeding scheme is operated by a team of volunteers who, on a daily basis, prepare sandwiches which they deliver to nine schools in the area.
The organisation gets no funding whatsoever from the government and relies heavily on public donations, business sponsorships, small grants-in-aid, voluntary contributions and local fund-raising drives such as fun runs, raffles and tuck shops.
For further information on the launch contact Pastor Reggie John at 082 8227399 or Teddy Moodley at 083 885 2727.
