In an atmosphere of friendly, open exchange, the craft market at Margate Retirement Village last Saturday also provided an important social occasion for locals and visitors.

From authentic arts and crafts to delicious food, visitors found everything and anything at the craft market.

Liz Currin of Margate Retirement Village said shoppers discovered everything on offer was first-class.

“What is so wonderful about an event like this is the opportunity it gives to aspiring and amateur cooks and crafts people. We rounded up the finest vendors for everyone to discover everything they’re looking for and a whole lot of other things they probably never knew they wanted,” explained Liz.
