Just In: 1 dead in collision between minibus and car at Trafalgar

Nine other people were injured.

One person has died and nine others are being treated at the scene following an accident on the R61 at Trafalgar a short while ago.

Motorists are advised to travel with caution as rescue workers are still busy at the scene. According to KwaZulu Private Ambulance spokesman Belinda Catchpole, a minibus and a light motor vehicle were involved in theaccident.

Traffic is restricted to a single lane at the moment.
