Jehovah’s Witnesses to gather for regional convention

The theme of this year’s series is ‘Be Courageous!’

An estimated 35 000 Jehovah’s Witnesses delegates are expected to attend the three-day convention at the Moses Mabhida Stadium from August 31 to September 2. The theme of this year’s series is ‘Be Courageous!’ and the programme will be delivered simultaneously in English, Isi-Zulu and South African Sign Language.

The three-day programme consists of 54 presentations that include talks, audio dramas, interviews, and short videos. Additionally, a feature film entitled ‘The Story of Jonah—A Lesson in Courage and Mercy’ will be screened on the final day.

Sheperd Nkosi is programme overseer for the Durban Regional Convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Everyone is welcome. There is no admission fee and no collections will be taken.
