CCBSA employees are all granted one paid employee volunteerism day a year in which to offer their time and services to uplifting communities. Employees can choose the projects they believe most need help and the KZN team had selected South Coast Hospice.

CCBSA corporate social investment specialist for KZN, Samukelo Nkosi, told the Herald that, in the course of carrying out their daily business functions, employees of CCBSA interact with many communities.

“Staff become passionate about the people and community projects and they look for ways to make positive and tangible differences. At CCBSA we believe in growing communities so we fully support events such as employee volunteerism, which makes us all more caring, giving people,” explained Mr Nkosi.
