Harding State-Aided Primary raises funds

The school sincerely thanks everyone involved in both successful fund-raising events.

As part of a fund-raising drive, Harding State-Aided Primary held a memorable ‘denim day’ recently.

Teachers and pupils were encouraged to wear at least one item of denim. Thanks are extended to Sr Gloria Ncayiyana who presented an informative talk on the signs and symptoms of diabetes and to dietitian Jasleen Singh, for her invaluable presentation on healthy eating.

Another successful fund-raising initiative held at the school was collecting old clothing, canned foods and toys for donation to The Home of Comfort orphanage in Kokstad.

Both fund-raising drives were only made possible through the generous support of teachers, pupils and parents.
