Help police identify Sezela accident victim

The accident occurred on September 29 at around 8pm. Police were informed that a person was seen lying on the road.

An appeal is made to the public to help identify a man who was involved in an accident on the N2 freeway, northbound, in the Sezela area.

The accident occurred on September 29 at around 8pm. Police were informed that a person was seen lying on the road.

“The police immediately summoned the ambulance and the man was pronounced dead at the scene,” said Port Shepstone Saps communications officer, Captain Petros Mpinge.

The man is believed to be approximately 40 years old and was wearing  black trousers and a black jacket.

Scottburgh Saps opened a case of culpable homicide and it is being investigated by Warrant Officer Salomy Pillay.
