Thousands of fairy lights go on display

There will be plenty of stalls, goodies on sale and lots of entertainment for little ones.

It’s a first for the South Coast… a fantasy land of lights!

Come and see more than 12 000 fairy lights at Southport Garden Centre this festive season.

The event, ‘Lights for Life’, will be hosted by the former manager of the Lower South Coast SPCA, Michael Muller and Kerry Massey of Southport Garden Centre.

The lights will be switched on from December 12 to 24, from 6.30pm to 10pm.

Entrance is only R10 per person so bring the whole family along.

A portion of the entry fee will go to Harmony Hill Rescue and Trudie Roets for the work done with feral cats.

There will be plenty of stalls, goodies on sale and lots of entertainment for little ones.

Children are welcome to write a letter to Father Christmas and post it at the nursery.

Everyone who donates pet food will be entered into a lucky draw which takes place on December 24.
