Comedy capers on the wild side

The onstage shenanigans will be complemented by a thumping soundtrack with some talented local deejays on the decks

Thanks to the success of the inaugural gig, the Wild Coast Comedy Show is back for an encore.

The second instalment is on its way to the Tropical Nite’s Theatre at the Wild Coast Sun Hotel and Casino Resort on August 3 and will feature some of KwaZulu-Natal’s best-loved vernac comedians who promise to unleash their special blend of stand-up talent. This show offers an entertaining and eclectic mix of comedians including Amawele AseChesterville (Siphiwe and Simphiwe Vilakazi), XD Black (Xolani Dlamini), Bhabha (S’lindile Hadebe) and Sengsay (Ndumiso Hlongwane).

The onstage shenanigans will be complemented by a thumping soundtrack with some talented local deejays on the decks. In the mix are DJ Bunene (Bunene Ngewu) and Da Coda (Delani Msuthu). In the driver’s seat and the host for the evening is Sifiso Thutshini, best known by his stage name, Tsoro.

This lively comedy and music event will kick off at 8pm and take note no one under the age of 18 years will be permitted. Tickets, at R100 per person, are available at the resort’s cash desk or from the Port Edward Spar.
