Hlanganani Preparatory School’s principal Elaine Galanakis and English teacher Elizabeth Alberts accompanied gr 6 pupils for a tour of the South Coast Herald offices last Friday.
Pupils were taken on a tour to learn more about the newspaper industry.

They first visited the editorial department to learn about journalists’ and thereafter editor David Rush showed them the production department to see how the paper is put together.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable tour and an experience to remember.
Pupils who were thinking about becoming journalists were impressed, but did not realise what it entails.
