At Port Shepstone Senior Primary’s assembly last week, ten gr 7 pupils were congratulated and awarded with academic scrolls for achieving an aggregate of 85 percent or more for the first half of 2019.
The Spelling Bee circuit level took place last Friday and two pupils competed in this tough competition held between six local schools.

Busiswa Mdubeki was eliminated in the third round and Ethan Naicker placed second. Ethan will represent Esayidi CMC at district level on July 31.
The sporting and extra-mural programme got underway this week, with athletics being the main focus for this term.
Parent/teacher meetings were held on Tuesday this week and it was good to see the interest shown by parents.
