PEPS rider Ross places third at MTB

Tristan Thomas and Ross Barclay both took part in the 25km event and all other pupils competed in the 5km event.

Port Edward Holiday resort held the annual Sardine MTB Race and Trail Run, which was well supported by pupils from Port Edward Primary.

The school is so proud of all who took part on the day.

Tristan Thomas and Ross Barclay took part in the 25km event and Ross placed third in his age group. All other pupils took part in the 5km ride/run.

Teacher Christine Muller recently travelled halfway across the world to Seoul, Korea, where she realised her dream of competing in the WFF pro AM Universe bodybuilding championship.

Congratulations to Christine Muller, a teacher at Port Edward Primary, who placed third and earned a bronze medal at the 2019 WFF pro Am Universe Bodybuilding Championship n Seoul, Korea.

Being one of 11 South African athletes to compete at the 2019 global showcase, she made her country and school very proud by achieving a bronze medal and coming third in the world in the ‘over 30 sports model’ category.
