Jam session at Stephward well supported

The event supports local bands and gives South Coasters an outing.

South Coasters enjoyed the very first ‘Jam Session’, scheduled for the third Sunday of every month, at Stephward Estate in Uvongo last Sunday.

Local band Common Ground entertained guests with a mix of music that appealed to all age groups.

Stephward Estate owner Howard Eades said the introduction of the ‘Jam Session’ came about after deciding to support local bands and give South Coasters something to do on a Sunday afternoon. “And where better than at Stephward Estate. Its relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere coincides with good, consistent food,” he said.
