Generous donation helps hospice, honours late doctor
The Property Port team is challenging all businesses in the community, and especially estate agencies, to donate towards a bed for the Dr André Nell room.
South Coast Hospice recently welcomed Kenny Rolfe and the Property Port team where a R10 000 cheque was handed over to CEO Diane van Dyk.
‘We’re dedicating this donation to Dr André Nell who died recently, to honour him for his service over the years,’ said Mr Rolfe.

Mr Rolfe requested that the donation go towards the purchase of a new bed for the Kingfisher House Inpatient Unit.
South Coast Hospice is currently requesting donations to replace a broken bed in the Kingfisher House.

Last year the four bed inpatient unit admitted 143 patients and administered 54 544 interventions.
All donations towards the purchase of the bed will be in dedication to the outstanding life and memory of Dr Nell.
