IMPORTANT: Take note of this planned water shutdown from tomorrow (27 and 28 August)

Customer patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated

A planned Ugu District Municipality  water shutdown for maintenance work and a tie in to the existing 350mm diameter steel pipeline is scheduled to take place from tomorrow, August 27 and Wednesday, August 28 from 9am to 13.00 pm (4 hours per day).

According to Ugu, this exercise warrants closure of supply, resulting in interrupted water supply to the following areas:

The following areas will be affected:

Nsimbini;
Murchison;
Bhobhoyi ;
Gamalakhe.

Customers are urged to use water very sparingly during this period.
