PSSP scores a hat-trick

Congratulations to Ntando Nyawose for being 'man of the match' for the second time in a row.

Well done to Port Shepstone Senior Primary’s U13 soccer team for winning the Strini Moodley Memorial Tournament for the third consecutive time last Saturday.

The team faced Merlewood Primary in the finals and won 3-1. Congratulations to Ntando Nyawose for being ‘man of the match’ for the second time in a row.

The competition was fierce at last Wednesday’s Inter-house athletics.

This was the closest score-line ever, with winners Barracuda House just five points ahead of Marlin. Garrick placed third.

It was an exciting contest and wonderful to see so many parents supporting and cheering.

Congratulations to Zoë Houston for placing first at the District EMS quiz last Wednesday.

Teacher Megan Kodi motivated the senior assembly with a presentation featuring Sarah Khumalo, who did women and SA proud to become the first African woman to climb Mount Everest.

Eleven cross-country athletes travelled to Beaver Creek Coffee Farm in Port Edward on Monday this week to run the challenging course. Thank you to Port Edward Primary for organising the event.

The inter-school athletics takes place this Saturday, August 31. All are welcome.
