Lions help out
The food was collected at Pick n Pay on Mandela Day and the clothes were collected by the Lions.
SCOTTBURGH Lions Club recently travelled to a farm in Ixopo to drop off donations of food and clothing to the families of the seven Sani2c helpers killed in a road accident after the event earlier this year.

“It wasn’t just one, but two SUVs filled with goods,” said Lion Wendy Barwell, who was accompanied by Lions Carol Mackintosh and Malcome Caine.
The food was collected at Pick n Pay on Mandela Day and the clothes were collected by the Lions.
Those interested in joining the service club are invited to attend the meetings at Scottburgh Library on the third Tuesday of every month, starting at 5pm.
