Four panel discussion teams from Scottburgh High School competed in the Willing Hands oral performance contest held at Naidoo Memorial in Umkomaas.
Teams were pitted against other high schools from surrounding areas.
The grade 9 team comprised Paige Russel, Mmeli Kawula, Annabel van der Merwe and Sumona Pillay and the grade 11 team consisted of Shemiya Govender, Asanda Zulu, Yusuf Moosa and Sarishka Amichund.
The grades 8 and 10 teams emerged runners-up in their respective categories.
The school congratulates all who took part on their sterling performance.
