Eight teams of Southcity Christian School’s boys and girls headed off to play soccer at Hillcrest High last Wednesday.
The teams played really well and despite losses, narrow margins were an indication of how well they played.

The highlight of the day was the first team boy’s game where Southcity played a physically hard game and won 0-1.
The first girls’ teams lost 1-3, the U14 girls drew 1-all, U14 boys lost 2-3, U16 girls lost 1-3, U16 boys lost 1-2, second team girls lost 0-2 and the second team boys lost 1-6.
Well done to all players for their great attitude, exemplary behaviour and display of good sportsmanship.
