Cultural show is a hit Umdoni

Despite the windy weather, taxi loads of people came out to support the event.

UMDONI Municipality presented ‘The Cultural Fair’ to the community at the Park Rynie beach campsite last Sunday afternoon.

All members of the public were welcomed to the celebration and encouraged to attend in traditional attire, to show different cultures uniting.

Several local artists performed on stage, including some familiar names such as Mthandeni ‘Igcokama Elisha’, Unjoko and Mbuzeni Mkhize.

The audience was seen thoroughly enjoying the entertainment as they took part in song and dance with the artists.

Several traditional songs were also performed and locals thank the municipality for bringing these star entertainers to our little town.
