October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and as women, we need to know the basics on how to do our own examination. Our detailed video will keep you abreast of what you need to know.

As we celebrate National Cancer Awareness month, it also important that we take a look at how to do a breast self-examination (BSE), as this is the best method for early detection.
Although 80% of lumps aren’t cancerous, you simply can’t take the chance and a doctor should be promptly seen for further evaluation.
