It is difficult for Hibberdene Academy matrics to understand where the year has gone, but the Class of 2019 are in the final lap of 12 years of school.

The academy gathered to wish matric pupils well in their exams.
It was emphasised that their destiny is in their own hands and that they should follow guidelines set up by teachers to forge an even better future.
The first IEB exam (CAT practical) takes place this week and the school trusts that Eskom will not let everyone down.
For the rest of the school, the countdown to exams and year-end has started.
