A RIVERSIDE Park man was arrested in Umzinto for being in possession of about 30 mandrax capsules.
The arrest was made by members of the Durban Flying Squad.

He has appeared in court and was released on bail.
On the same day, a father and daughter duo, also from Riverside Park, were arrested and charged with being in possession of 271 capsules of heroin and mandrax tablets.
They too were released on bail.
The cases are being investigated by Detective Warrant Officer Brian Khoza and Detective Sergeant Phumlile Khumalo of Umzinto Saps.
“These operations will not stop and members of the public are encouraged to report all criminal activities to their nearest police station,” said Scottburgh Saps communications officer, Captain Adam Francis.
