Merlewood Primary held its gr R graduation last Friday. In a wonderful ceremony, gr R pupils showcased their talent.
Thereafter, they donned graduation gowns and got down to the serious business of the day.

Principal Audrey Ryan presented certificates to jubilant pupils and parents could not contain their excitement as the little ones paraded in graduation gowns.
They confidently strutted across the stage to huge applause from parents.
HOD Martie van Rooyen wished pupils well as they enter ‘big school’ in 2020.
Okhule Madwe (gr 1) gave them some insight into what they should and should not do in gr 1 with her delightful presentation.
Appreciation is extended to all parents for their overwhelming support on the day.
Parents are reminded that the AGM takes place on Saturday, November 30 at 10am and reports will be issued from 12pm.
All parents are urged to attend.
