Artists pay tribute to musician

The fundraiser is to help his family.

Friends of the late artist Khulekani Comfort ‘Kagiso’ Miya will gather in Margate this Saturday (31st) for a live music tribute session to raise funds for his family.

Event organiser Thabani Mzindle said the event is in memory of Kagiso, who died in August this year.

He said that they are organising a KG Music Tribute Session as he was a well-known South Coast artist, one of our own.

“It’s to remember him for who he was and what he did for the South Coast and his country.”

Contributions are R50 and above are welcome. All proceeds will go to the family.

The gathering is at Oasis Lodge, 99 Marine Drive, Margate, Lawrence Rock.

It starts at 17:00.
