Jasmin explores London
Jasmin has made it a personal challenge to visit as many football (soccer) stadiums as she possibly can while she is there.
Jasmin Rajaram (19) of the Port Shepstone Teddies, Brownies, Girl Guides and Rangers who jetted off to Pax Lodge, one of the world centres for the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, in Hampstead, North London has been in the United Kingdom for just over a month now.

She arrived on September 29 and began her volunteer contract on October 1.
Life for Jasmin at Pax Lodge so far has been amazing.
“I arrived in Autumn, and the cold weather had just started. The weather is now changing and getting much colder, I am hoping for snow, but locals say it will not snow over Christmas,” she said.
In the six weeks of living in London, she has travelled in and around the city as well as to other small outlying villages.
“I have gone back and seen a few of the tourist sites that my Ranger crew and I saw during our time here, I have also visited a few new places as well.”
Jasmin has made it a personal challenge to visit as many football (soccer) stadiums as she possibly can while she is there.
“So far I have visited the Emirates Stadium home of Arsenal FC, Stamford Bridge home of Chelsea FC and White Heart Lane the home of Tottenham Hotspur FC. I have yet to visit other stadiums, but I have plenty of time,” she added.
She also recently visited Bath and ventured to a little village called Lacock, where she visited Lacock Abbey. This abbey is well known for being a filming spot for many movies and television shows such as Harry Potter, Pride And Prejudice and Downtown Abbey.
“Life at Pax Lodge is great. The other volunteers and staff are so welcoming and friendly. Being here has shown me that guiding takes you so many places and provides the opportunity to meet new people and travel to new and exciting countries. Although I have only been here for about six weeks, I have already met so many Guides and Scouts from around the world.”
