Making music in the park

Despite the dreaded load shedding, the show went on at the Bellevue Summer Concert in the Park last Sunday.

The beautiful botanical gardens of Bellevue Eco Park in Ramsgate came to life with the sounds of families and friends enjoying the live music of popular duo, Faye Oakes and Wren Hinds.

People arrived with their picnic baskets, loved ones in tow, and relaxed on the grass among the trees while enjoying a fun-filled day in nature.

Event organiser Diane Erasmus said everyone loved outdoor music in the summertime, as it was a great way to wind down after the work week and relax with family and friends.
