The ‘art’ of fund-raising for hospice

The artwork is on sale in the hospice shop.

MAYA Rampersad of Craigieburn recently donated a hand-crafted piece of art to Khanya Hospice.

CEO, Neil McDonald, was grateful for the donation, made by Maya herself in memory of her son-in-law who lost the battle with cancer.

“It was a beautiful gift for us, coming at just the right time too as World Cancer Day is marked on February 4.”

The artwork is on sale in the hospice shop.

“Our shops are always looking for volunteers,” added Neil.

Should you wish to volunteer, contact hospice@scottnet.co.za or 083-5978985.
