Take note of this week’s rabies campaign – Uvongo to Tweni

Rabies can be prevented in humans if the correct preventative treatment is administered following exposure to a rabid animal.

Monday, February 10 – Uvongo Civic Centre (8.30am to 11.30am) and Shelly Beach Library/Clinic (12.30pm to 2.30pm).

Tuesday, February 11 – Oslo Beach Gazelle Centre (Old State Vet office) (8.30am to 11.30am) and Port Shepstone Borough Grounds (12.30pm to 2.30pm).

Wednesday, February 12 – Albersville White City (8.30am to 11.30am) and Woodpecker cul-de-sac (12.30pm to 2.30pm).

Thursday, February 13 – Cnr Dairy and Friesland Roads (8.30am to 12pm) and Lions Grove Solly Store (1pm to 2.30pm).

Friday, February 14 – Marburg Library (8.30am to 12pm) and Merlewood DSB (1pm to 1.30pm).

Monday, February 17 – Southport Beach parking area (8.30am to 12pm).

Tuesday, February 18 – Melville Beach parking (8.30am to 10am), Umzumbe Moth Hall (10.30am to 12pm) and Mtwalume Post Office (1pm to 3pm).

Wednesday, February 19 – Hibberdene Library (8.30am to 12.30pm).

Thursday, February 20 – Umtentweni Town Hall (8.30am to 12pm) and Sea Park Alfred Evans Hall (1pm to 3pm).
