WATCH: Clever 37 second lockdown video says ‘we are all in this together’

One can take many different messages from the brilliantly compiled lockdown video.

Adventurer Dale Mckenzie (34) of Vryheid has posted a short video of him doing some of the things that has kept him busy during the lockdown.
It took Dale two and half hours to produce the video, which shows nine characters interacting with each other, but it’s the same person.
“I posted the video on social media to share some positive love to anyone and everyone stuck at home.  And let people know they are not in this alone, we are all in this together. Stay home. Stay safe,” he said.
Dale is a active guy who white water rafts, skates, kayaks and is a raft guide, and says lockdown for him, has been interesting.

“Going from an outdoorsy adventurous life style to spending all day every day at home. Exercise and mental heath is important.  I am studying, getting some overdue paperwork done, and running in the back yard.”
He added that he has been lucky to be able to spend time with my parents, who are also staying active.
He has also been keeping in contact with friends and family from all over the world, from Japan, Croatia, London, New Zealand, Canada and South America.
“We are all in it together and it helps to talk about it and know that.”
