4 deaths,190 confirmed Covid-19 cases in Ugu District

Some 24 people have recovered from the disease in the area.

As of today, Thursday, June 25  KwaZulu-Natal has 6 075 confirmed Covid-19 cases, according to the department of health.

Of these, 3 029 are active with 449 new cases confirmed today.

Some 98 people have died from the disease.

The recovery rate is 2 947.

The total number of screenings done is 6 709 005 and 112 012 tests have been conducted.
