Gcilima hip hop hopeful Dexstar aims for 10 000 YouTube views
The video was shot entirely in Gcilima before the lockdown regulations were enforced.
Phumlani Khusi, with the stage name ‘Dexstar’, is an up-and-coming hip hop artist from Gcilima.
He has recently released a music video for his single titled ‘Bambelela’ and is aiming to reach 10 000 views on YouTube.
The video was shot entirely in Gcilima before the lockdown regulations were enforced.
It features some emerging South Coast actors and actresses.
“The song ‘Bambelela’ has a strong message about following one’s dreams, regardless of the obstacles one may encounter,” he said.
