Motorist killed in Mtwalume collision

A further six people were injured.

Three vehicles were involved in a collision on the N2 at Mtwalume last night. One occupant died, having sustained to fatal injuries, before paramedics arrived.
Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to scene. “When emergency services arrived they found that three vehicle had been involved in a collision. Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that six occupants sustained injuries, ranging from minor to serious,” said spokesman Craig Botha.
“The patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further treatment. Sadly, one occupant sustained fatal injuries and died before paramedics could arrive.”
