Foundation donates food parcels to Bhobhoyi families
The Zethu Jula Foundation aims to reduce poverty, disease, hunger and illiteracy in the area.
Margate-based non-profit organisation, Zethu Jula Foundation is doing its bit to help out in the community.
On Mandela Day, July 18, the organisation donated food parcels to 11 families in Bhobhoyi. They also spring-cleaned the home of an elderly man who lives alone in the area.
The foundation was started by Zethu Jula, a professional nurse and Nathi Jula, a paramedic.

The non-profit is registered under the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
It was established to undertake social and economic interventions that reduce vulnerability to poverty, disease, hunger and illiteracy.
It also aims to contribute to the creation of social systems that promote peace, human security enhancement, youth and women’s empowerment, including the promotion and protection of fundamental human rights.
