New chapter post lockdown for Herald

This new section, which will be introduced next week, will be inserted into two newly reformulated and bulked up hybrid model weekly publications, the South Coast Herald and the South Coast Herald Mid South Coast.

The South Coast Herald is proud to announce the launch of its new regional Ugu District news section.

This new section, which will be introduced next week, will be inserted into two newly reformulated and bulked up hybrid model weekly publications, the South Coast Herald and the South Coast Herald Mid South Coast.

“This new offering will allow national advertisers to reach a larger audience that contains local emerging markets, and a broader swathe of South Coast residents across the Mid and Lower South Coast market,” – Herald business manager, Michelle Izatt.

“Since this offers such a viable solution across the entire distribution area, all national advertising will going forward be booked into the Ugu District news section, which will contain a variety of news with a broader reach such as features and regional issues, as well as entertainment, events and community news.”

The Mid South Coast issue will be distributed free via bulk-drops to various outlets on Wednesdays, with the flagship Herald sold as usual on Thursdays.

Distribution areas will include Umkomaas, Scottburgh, Pennington, Umzinto, Hibberdene, Port Shepstone, Margate, Shelly Beach, Ramsgate, Southbroom, Port Edward and Bizana in the Eastern Cape, and inland to Harding.
