Inkosi Mkhize mourned

The MEC stated that Inkosi Mkhize's death was the result of a short illness.

Inkosi Elliott Zamokuhle Mkhize of the uKuthula Traditional Council in Umdoni Municipality under the Ugu District, died on February 4 last week.

News of his passing was shared by KwaZulu-Natal’s member of the executive council (MEC) for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta), Sipho Hlomuka.

He gave his condolences to the Inkosi’s family, Traditional Council and to the Local House of Traditional Leaders in the Ugu District where he served diligently.

The MEC stated that Inkosi Mkhize’s death was the result of a short illness.

Senior officials from the department were dispatched to provide support to the grieving family.
