The first project is to clear the bush alongside Commercial Road, which is a haven for criminals to hide out.
The Umtentweni Residents’ and Ratepayers’ Association (URRA) has successfully achieved recognition as a non-profit organisation and a public benefit organisation.
This means that any donations from companies or individuals to URRA can be offset against tax.

The Tweni Conservancy got to work on Monday this week with a huge cutback.
