From the word: Breathe, pray and release

The peace of God will guard your heart as well as your mind.

Philippians 4:6-9

6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, be prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your minds in Christ Jesus.

8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things.

9 Whatever you have learned, received, heard or seen in me – put into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.”

The peace of God will guard your heart as well as your mind.

When praying to God, do so with thanksgiving and make your requests known to him.

After prayer, let go of all that troubles you and leave it in God’s hands.
