TITLE: Digital Campaign Coordinator

FOCUS: The implementation and coordination of digital campaigns

DIVISION: Caxton Digital

DEPARTMENT: Post-Sale

LOCATION: Kwazulu-Natal

ROLE SUMMARY:

The core focus of this role is to assist in the implementation and coordination of digital campaigns.

The Digital Campaign Coordinator should at all times strive for the effective workflow throughout the project lifecycle, maximizing efficiencies in the use of time and resource.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee timelines, schedules and deliverables to ensure timely delivery of campaigns within best practice guidelines.

• Escalate issues and provide proposed solutions when campaigns are at risk of not delivering.

• Contribute towards seamless communications between the ad operations department & other departments of Caxton Digital and Caxton Local Media, making use of the standardized processes where needed in order to ensure smooth delivery of projects from start to end.

• Ensure the effective use of the division’s chosen workflow management systems and pipeline tools

• Track the movement of jobs from “new”, “open/current” to “closed” on a weekly basis to provide workflow metrics to management.

• Reporting on campaign status, workloads and accounts from the Sales Team

• Book and load marketing campaigns into campaign booking system and relevant channels, where required.

• Quality control of campaign interim and end reports for Caxton Local Media in KZN.

• Work proactively at all times – be the first to flag issues, concerns or inefficiencies to ensure best practice output of the Division.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• 1+ years’ experience in display campaigns, content marketing and social media

marketing, required.

• 1+ years’ experience in traffic management required.

• Experience in local publishing advantageous.

• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Powerpoint and Excel essential.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Skilled traffic manager with the ability to adhere strictly to deadlines.

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong sense of ownership and drive to see all projects through to completion.

• Well organized and detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time

effectively to deliver results with minimal supervision.
