From the word: He has a plan for you
It is only when we look away from ourselves, do we see the love of the Lord that fails to cease.
Lamentations 3:22-23
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never come to an end.
They are new every morning, great is your faithfulness.”
When Jeremiah was in a state of distress, he looked to the Lord for His loving mercies.
Similarly, the same often occurs in our own lives.
It is only when we look away from ourselves, do we see the love of the Lord that fails to cease.
Often God’s plan for us contradicts our own expectations and we begin to question Him.
In these circumstances, one should follow in Jeremiah’s footsteps and look to God’s deep compassion and merciful nature instead.
It is only in looking away from our disappointments, do we see His greater plan.
