1. Martin Otto, ‘The Manager’ is dedicated to getting the job done and over the years has engaged with many South Coast locals and business owners.
He focuses on residential projects and oversees the planning of the commercial department.
Martin is passionate about Comfort Cool and is always available to help.
His attitude and respect for what the business stands for is greatly appreciated.
Martin holds his staff to high expectations in terms of performance and delivery of a perfect installation, repair or service every time.
He has excellent communication skills and always puts the client’s needs first.
2. Stephan Strauss is the Commercial Manager and is truly a wonderful technical leader to the teams.
He is highly dedicated to his trade, always researching and developing better ways to efficiently and reliably advise clients about air conditioning and refrigeration applications.
Stephan’s passion is easily noticed through his extensive knowledge in the field, allowing him to stand tall amongst the competition.
He has been part of the family for four years, is available 24/7 and he never complains.
Stephan has proven to be a huge asset both to Comfort Cool and its clients.
3. Shane Singh is one of the team’s honest and dedicated commercial technicians.
It is rare that you would come across someone as friendly and pleasant as him.
Having Shane as part of the family has been an absolute pleasure so far.

4. Chanal Moodley is the business’s superhero.
As the front of house, she attends to all correspondence and backs up management.

My wife Ellen and I are fully dedicated to our dream of becoming a household name on the South Coast.
We are proud of the way we have conducted business over the years and have been able to give back to the community through many non-profit organisations, local students and other worthy causes.
