Word on the street: Spring into possibilities

Umzinto writer, Trisha Singh, welcomes Spring and its many possibilities.

“Winter nights have come and gone.

Bright colours adorn the face of the earth.

Pretty flowers blooming in sight

Without a fright, we aim to reach higher heights.

No challenge, obstacle or fight to big.

Correcting our wrongs and attempting to do right.

Let’s not live with what might have been or will be. Let us unite, pray for one another and with love in our hearts, kindness in each step, let’s spring into a season of possibilities, adventures and peace.

May your candle shine bright.”
