New craft market in town

Local artist Julie Dunwoody will be at the craft market with her water colours too.

It is almost time for Renishaw’s new craft market at the Anvil Club, Renishaw Old Village.

This market will be held on Saturday, November 6 from 08:00 to 13:00 and is open to the public, entry is free.

There will be a variety of goods on sale including spiral diffusion and fragrance oils, vintage estate wines and olive oils, unique boards and mats made from wine corks, handmade gifts and baby items, jewellery, handmade soaps and shampoo bars and clothing.

And yes, there will be food stalls selling pancakes, fresh farm eggs, vegetarian biryani, rotis and curry, cakes, jams, artisanal breads, organic veg and tons more.

Local artist Julie Dunwoody will be at the craft market with her water colours too.

The venue is part of the Crookes original club where the locals would gather, so that alone is full of history.
