Participants had fun at the Ramsgate car rally held recently.
It started at the Ramsgate Lions clubhouse and competitors had to find 12 clues along the way, and figure out riddles to find their next destination.
The route only took them from Ramsgate to Margate and up Seaslopes and back to Ramsgate, but amazingly they were taken to hidden places that none of the contestants had seen before.
On average it took the drivers one hour and 20 minutes to finish.
Several businesses sponsored prizes and all participating groups enjoyed a bring and braai afterwards.
