From the Word: I have overcome the world
Trust in the Lord and walk faithfully through life.
Although Jesus says that taking his yoke is easy, there is no guarantee of zero challenges from the world that we live in. There are trials to be dealt with everyday, whether it be sickness, natural disasters, grief or other similar aspects.

However, the Word of God provides Christians with faith, peace and hope which enables them to face these challenges head on with strength. So the next time you feel helpless or weak, remember the words in the following verse.
John 16:33
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
