San Lameer hosts blood drive

San Lameer gives a big thanks to all the wonderful donors who took the time to donate blood on Monday this week.

Kind gestures such as these help to save lives and make a positive impact in the community.

As per The South African National Blood Service, to become a blood donor you must be between the ages of 16 and 75 years, weigh 50kg or more, be in good health, lead a healthy lifestyle, consider your blood safe for transfusion to a patient and commit to donating blood regularly.
