Service team is driven the Suzuki way

Suzuki South Coast is highly regarded for customer service, technical expertise and support.

Keep your Suzuki in peak condition at Suzuki South Coast. The professional service team – Sarah Bell at reception and service bookings, parts manager Sean Bahlmann, warranty administrator Dieter Sonnekus and service advisor Bonnie Forsyth – are on hand to make maintenance simple and stress-free.

“When you purchase a Suzuki, it’s a smart investment,” said Sarah who has just joined the team, and is loving her work environment. Your first call is through cheerful Sarah and if you are unsure about anything, she will guide you.

Sean, the parts manager, who has 14 years experience is your go-to-man if you are in need of genuine Suzuki parts. Sean prides himself on customer service. “Keep it genuine. I can give you quote from your VIN number for accessories, genuine parts and service kits.”

Warranty administrator Dieter Sonnekus is always available to meet and greet customers. “All new vehicles come with a standard motor car warranty valid for a certain period of time and mileage. “My core duties focus on accurately and timeously submitting claims, minimising warranty losses, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.”

Bonnie, the service advisor said if unsure about your vehicle’s service plan, she will guide you every step of the way. “My primary liaison is between customers and technicians, scheduling appointments, explaining technical repairs, managing vehicle work orders, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. We’re an excellent team. We pride ourselves on customer care. We are certainly doing things the Suzuki way.”

Suzuki South Coast now offers a monthly service plan that covers scheduled maintenance, labour, and genuine parts. These plans help budget for routine maintenance, with benefits becoming available after four consecutive monthly payments.
