New liquor store opens in Sunwich Port

Sun Port Blue Bottle Liquors opens its doors this Friday, May 1.

It has been an incredible four years of success for Rajesh Rambharos and the team at Blue Bottle Liquors in Sea Park.

The independently-run franchise has ploughed ahead with its vision of growth and has opened a second store, Sun Port Blue Bottle Liquors, in Sunwich Port.

At the helm of the family-run business is Dhiren Rambharos as the managing director, supported by his mother Ashni, his father Rajesh and brother Rivash.

This unique and spacious store officially opens its doors on May 1.

Inviting all to the opening are (from left) Rajesh and Ashni Rambharos, Sthembile Majiya, Sfiso Nosenga, Simbulele Deyi and Dhiren Rambharos.

Locals and visitors can look forward to an expansive wine department and walk-in beer fridge. A wide range of whiskey, brandy, and more are also available.

“Our vision is to be an exceptional liquor store. It’s certainly a proud moment for myself and my family and we look forward to our grand opening. We aim to offer our customers top class service and competitive prices,” said Rajesh.

Sthembile Majiya invites shoppers to the new store in Sunwich Port.

The opening will feature live entertainment from Joe Appanna.

“We are delighted with the new store and we cannot wait for our local customers and visitors from afar to enjoy what we have crafted,” added Rajesh.

The store also sells air time, snacks such as chips and biltong, and braai essentials at reasonable prices.

Blue Bottle Liquors opened in 2011 and the group has a national footprint.
